Transforming Strakeholder Engagement to Achieve Maximum Impact.

Working across Nigeria, Uganda, and Canada, I saw firsthand how stakeholder fragmentation slows progress in social impact. Organizations, governments, and communities often work toward the same goals but struggle to connect, leading to missed opportunities and inefficiencies.
I created BridgeHelp to solve this challenge, a digital platform that simplifies collaboration, strengthens partnerships, and ensures efforts drive real, lasting impact. Because when we work together, change happens faster and more effectively.

Key Features:
-
Seamless Stakeholder Connection – Easily find and engage the right partners across sectors.
-
Collaboration Hub – A centralized space for organizations, governments, and communities to align efforts.
-
Data- driven Insights – Monitor progress, share insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
-
Resource Mobilization – Access and exchange valuable tools, research, and best practices.

We're currently in the ideation phase, refining our vision and building the foundation for BridgeHelp. We're gathering insights, strengthening our strategy, and engaging key stakeholders to ensure the platform effectively bridges gaps, streamlines collaboration, and drives real impact.

Transwomen Resilience in Uganda
Capturing the Resilience of Trans Women in Uganda

Working on this project under the Anti-Homosexuality Act (AHA), my priority was establishing a deep, trust-based relationship with trans women in Uganda. By creating a safe and empathetic space, I encouraged candid sharing of their personal experiences, resulting in authentic narratives reflecting their struggles and strengths.

Health Related SDG Project at SickKids
Informing Research on Climate Change and Health

As part of a health-related SDG project at SickKids, I leveraged my consultancy skills to examine the intersection of climate change and mental health. My work focused on analyzing environmental stressors affecting farming communities, which directly informed a subsequent master's project exploring:

-
The Mental Health of Farmers: How climate-induced challenges contribute to stress and mental health issues.
-
Women’s Health in Nigeria: The broader impacts of climate change on women's health, highlighting gender-specific vulnerabilities.

Key Contributions:
-
Strategic Analysis & Consultancy: Developed data-driven insights linking climate change to mental health outcomes, aligning with SDG 3 (Good Health & Well-being) and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
-
Research Synthesis: Collated and interpreted complex datasets to inform actionable policy recommendations.
-
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitated interdisciplinary collaboration that enhanced the quality and scope of the research.
-
Academic Impact: Provided critical evidence that shaped a master’s project, deepening our understanding of how climate change affects both farmers’ mental health and women’s health in Nigeria.

This project not only advanced sustainable development goals but also contributed to a broader academic discourse on the multifaceted impacts of climate change on public health.
